Decision No. 556 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the state institution "Center for Public-Private Partnership" under the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Regulation defines the legal and organizational basis for the activities of the state institution "Center for Public-Private Partnership" under the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The scope of the PPP Center is to develop public-private partnership mechanisms and promote PPP projects of state and municipal importance through attracting private investment and management experience of the private sector using PPP mechanisms. The objectives of the PPP Center are the coordination of PPP projects, the dissemination of PPP mechanisms in various socially significant sectors of the Kyrgyz Republic through the formation of the necessary PPP project management system, including assistance to government partners in the search, initiation, preparation, implementation and monitoring of PPP projects.
