Abstract
This Regulation establishes the procedure for issuing confirmation of the intended purpose of goods imported into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, in respect of which the filing of a customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a target confirmation by the authorized executive body on the intended purpose of the imported goods, established by acts of the bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union. For the import of goods used for the production of foodstuffs imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, in respect of which it is necessary to provide target confirmation, in accordance with the acts of the Eurasian Economic Commission, a conclusion of the authorized state body in the field of agricultural policy on confirmation of the target is submitted to the authorized state body in the field of customs destination, containing information about the nomenclature, quantity, tariff quota or tariff benefit, the cost of such goods, as well as about the organizations importing these goods. In case of export of goods imported according to their intended purpose from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic to the territory of other member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, the applicant bears personal responsibility and pays the due conditional customs duties, fines and penalties in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of customs regulation.
