Decision No. 621 of the Cabinet of Ministers constituting the Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Regulation establishes the legal and economic basis for the activities of the Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, determines the sources of formation of finances and spending purposes, the powers of management bodies, the procedure for interaction within the framework of the distribution of funds received by the Fund. The Fund is a government agency created to accumulate funds to finance the design, maintenance, subsidies, repairs, reconstruction, construction and development of green energy, as well as to stimulate the development, implementation and production of energy-saving technologies of renewable energy sources. The Fund's finances are accumulated in the national budget and are of a targeted nature and used for a special purpose.
