Abstract
This Procedure regulates the procedure for carrying out private agronomic practice in the national agro-industrial complex, ensuring the protection of the national territory from the introduction and spread of quarantine pests, protecting agricultural plants from pests, diseases and weeds. Private agronomist shall be intended a specialist in the field of agriculture with comprehensive knowledge in the field of agronomy, having a higher and/or secondary specialized education. Private agronomic practice shall be intended a type of activity for the provision of agronomic services in the field of plant quarantine for the prevention and spread of quarantine objects and methods of growing crops outside the institutions of the state and municipal agro-industrial complex at the expense of personal funds of citizens, enterprises and organizations, in accordance with concluded agreements between the authorized government agency in the field of plant quarantine and private agronomist. Natural persons and legal entities specializing in the field of agronomy have the right to engage in private agronomy. Eligible natural and legal persons shall submit to the authorized state body application and copies of specialist degree or professional diploma. Private agronomic practice shall be subject to mandatory licensing.
