Decree on the establishment of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Department under the Ministry of Health (No. 299 of 1997).

This Decree makes provisions for the creation of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Department under the Ministry of Health on the basis of the Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Station and Sanitary and Epidemiological Administrative Office under the Ministry of Health, and approves its Statute. It is established as autonomous institution through amalgamation of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Administrative Office under the Ministry of Health and the Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Station.
