Decree No. 20 of Chief Sanitary Inspector validating Hygienic norms GN 2.1.6.1338-03 setting maximum allowable concentration of pollutants in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas.

This Decree sets maximum allowable concentration of pollutants in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas, including urban and rural settlements. The aforesaid norms shall be used as guidelines in the course of projecting technological processes, equipment and ventilation for sanitary protection of the atmospheric air against negative impact of pollutants contained in the atmospheric air upon public health.
