Decree No. 20 of Chief Sanitary Inspector validating Hygienic norms GN 2.1.6.1339-03 setting approximately safe concentration levels of pollutants in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas.

This Decree sets approximately safe concentration levels of pollutants in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas, including urban and rural settlements. The aforesaid norms shall be applicable to the whole national territory and shall be valid for three-year periods. This Decree shall be used as guidelines for substantiation of requirements for elaboration of rehabilitation arrangements related to protection of atmospheric air of projected, experimental and reconstructed low-tonnage enterprises.
