Abstract
In this Agreement, cargo (goods) subject to veterinary control (supervision) include: (a) live animals; (b) odd-toed ungulates (horse, etc.); (c) artiodactyls (cattle, sheep, goats, camels, etc.); (d) wild animals; (e) agricultural and wild rodents (rabbits, hares, etc.); (f) poultry (chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, domestic guinea fowl, etc.); (g) decorative birds (pheasant, partridge, pigeon, etc.); (h) exotic birds and animals (parrots, monkeys, etc.); (i) bees; (j) fish, snails, crustaceans, other invertebrates, turtles and other aquatic biological resources; (k) products of animal origin, meat, milk, aquaculture, eggs, honey and products prepared from them that can be used for human consumption; (l) raw materials of animal origin, skin, leather, wool, hair, bristles, feathers, bones, claws, horns and other non-food products of animal origin and confiscated veterinary control products that cannot be used for food or feed; and (m) veterinary medicinal products for veterinary purposes, immunological, biological, herbal, chemical and pharmaceutical substances that are used for the treatment, prevention, diagnosis and stimulation of animal fertility. The authorized bodies of the Parties involved in coordinating activities for the implementation of this Agreement are: (a) on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic; and (b) on behalf of the Government of the State of Qatar - the Ministry of Municipality of the State of Qatar. The Parties will cooperate within the framework of the national legislation of their states in the following areas: (a) exchange of information and experience in order to prevent the spread of diseases during import, export and transit of cargo (goods) under veterinary control, as well as to prevent infectious diseases of animals; (b) coordination of veterinary certificates of the Parties in accordance with the principle of equivalence and informing about changes in requirements; (c) implementation of cooperation programs within the framework of the World Organization for Animal Health and other relevant organizations, as well as the exchange of information about the epizootic situation that may arise/appear in the States of the Parties; (d) cooperation with scientific institutes, diagnostic and analytical laboratories for the purpose of studying and researching problems arising from the interests of the Parties; (e) promoting mutual trade through cooperation in the field of import, export and transit of cargo (goods) under veterinary control, in accordance with the current national legislation of the States of the Parties and international standards in the field of veterinary medicine; (f) cooperation to ensure the safety of products subject to veterinary control at all stages of the food chain within the framework of their national legislation; (g) ensuring the exchange of experience in the field of veterinary medicine; and (h) the Parties shall exchange information in advance regarding refusals and restrictions on the import and export of products subject to veterinary control, within the framework of their national legislation.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receipt by either Party of the last written notification from the other Party through diplomatic channels confirming the completion of the special legal/domestic procedures applicable in both countries necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement.
Notes
This Agreement will be in force for a period of five (5) years and will be automatically extended for a period of five (5) years unless one of the Parties does not agree, and in advance informs the other in writing through diplomatic channels of its desire to terminate it, at least six (6) months in advance.
