Governmental Decree No. 103 validating the Regulation on the procedure for the performance of hydrometeorological activities of the authorized body in the field of hydrometeorology.

This Regulation defines the procedure for the performance of hydrometeorological activities of an authorized body in the field of hydrometeorology, which includes keeping hydrometeorological information by the authorized body in the field of hydrometeorology of the State Hydrometeorological Register of Producers (individuals and legal entities); determines the procedure for the provision by natural and legal persons with hydrometeorological information of environmental monitoring and information products, and also determines the procedure for performance of hydrometeorological activities of an authorized body in the field of hydrometeorology together with departmental hydrometeorological organizations and services, legal entities and individuals. Departmental hydrometeorological organizations and services, legal entities and individuals engaged in hydrometeorological activities, have the right to conduct hydrometeorological observations and monitoring of the state of the environment exclusively for official use. The release of various types of information and forecast products, as well as its distribution, shall be prohibited. Producers of hydrometeorological information (departmental hydrometeorological organizations and services, legal entities and individuals performing hydrometeorological activities) that are not part of the State Hydrometeorological Service, must pass state registration of producers of hydrometeorological information in the authorized body in the field of hydrometeorology (in the State Register).
