Governmental Decree No. 111 validating the Regulation on forest inventory.

This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of organization, protection, reproduction and rational management of forest fund, control and inventory thereof, including qualitative and quantitative changes and provision with information and data on forest inventory state bodies, local government, natural and legal persons concerned. It validates two types of forest inventory: (a) annual; and (b) periodic (once in five years). Inventory shall be based upon national assessment of forest resources, forest management plans and other types of forest assessment. State environmental protection and forest management body shall be responsible for performance of forest inventory.
