Governmental Decree No. 12 validating the Regulation on informing the public on the level of safety of the national catering services.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for informing the public on the level of safety of the national catering services. Information on the state of safety at the catering facility is communicated to the public by placing a sticker, reflecting the result of the inspection check, in accordance with the form contained in the Annex. The sticker is placed on each catering facility to be checked. Information on issued stickers is posted on the website of the authorized body in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Issuance of a sticker is based on the results of a scheduled inspection or, in the case of fixing a control check, for each catering facility of an enterprise. A newly opened catering facilities sticker is issued according to the results of the first scheduled inspection. The issued sticker is retained by the business entity until the results of the next scheduled or control check are summarized.
