Governmental Decree No. 169 validating the Regulation on technological connection of generating sources, electrical networks of electrical distribution organizations and electrical installations of consumers to electrical networks.

This Governmental Decree regulates technological connection of generating sources, electrical networks of electrical distribution organizations and electrical installations of consumers to electrical networks. It establishes the criteria of availability and technical capacity for technological connection. Criteria for determining the availability of technological connectivity: (a) preservation of the conditions of power supply (the required category of electrical installations and ensuring the required quality of electricity) for other consumers, whose electrical installations at the time of filing an application for technological connection by the applicant are connected to the electric network of the licensee or adjacent power supply organizations; (b) no restrictions on the connected power in the licensee’s electrical networks; (c) no need for reconstruction or expansion (construction of new) electrical installations of adjacent power supply organizations or construction of generating facilities to meet the applicant's needs; and (d) no restrictions in the database of the electronic card Energy Capacity of the Kyrgyz Republic .
