Governmental Decree No. 176 “On goods subject to zero (0) percent value added tax applied to stabilize market prices for food products.”

This Governmental Decree establishes for the period from April 1 to December 31, 2021 value added tax rate in the amount of zero (0) percent on taxable imports of granulated sugar (EAEU 1701 nomenclature of goods subject to foreign trade codes) and refined vegetable oil (EAEU nomenclature of goods subject to foreign trade codes 1512) imported by the State material reserves under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
