Abstract
This Regulation defines the order of use of reserve land. Reserve land shall be considered all land not allotted for ownership or use. Reserve land shall be state property. The main purpose of the use of reserve land is agricultural production, constitution of protected natural territories, subsoil use (development of mineral deposits and construction of infrastructure facilities when using subsoil) and other purposes stipulated by the national legislation. Allotment of reserve land shall be performed by local state administration in accordance with location and territorial belonging of plots of land. The person concerned must submit to the local state administration application containing the following information and data: (a) specific purpose of the intended use of land plot; (b) location and dimensions (area) of land plot; (c) economic and other substantiation for the requested land plot; (d) estimated term and conditions of land plot use; and (e) absence of restrictions for allotment of land plot.
