Governmental Decree No. 214 validating the Regulation on State Fire Supervision and State Fire Prevention Service in Kyrgyz Republic.

This Governmental Decree establishes that State Fire Supervision and State Fire Prevention Service is authorized state institution that performs special type of state supervisory activities carried out to protect life and health citizens, as well as property of all forms of ownership from fires. State fire supervision and state firefighting (fire prevention) activities in forest and mountain areas, areas of forest and hunting management shall be performed by the competent ministries, state committees and departments administering the aforesaid areas.
