Governmental Decree No. 235 validating the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on introduction of an international system of hazard classification and labelling of chemicals in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Action Plan for its implementation for the period of 2015-2017.

This Governmental Decree validates the Strategy for introduction of the international system of labelling of chemicals for the period of 2015-2017 with a view of compliance of national requirements with the globally coordinated chemicals classification and labelling system for the benefit of national industry, agriculture, transport and consumer commodities. The scope of the Governmental Decree shall be to conform all the chemicals circulating on the national territory with safety requirements and compliance to the established standards. Classification and labelling of chemicals shall be necessary for access to reliable and complete information related thereto in the process of certification and registration thereof.
