Governmental Decree No. 248 validating the Regulation on the selection of the operator (administrator) of the national system of labelling and traceability of labelled goods in the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Regulation determines the procedure for selecting an operator (administrator) of the national labeling and traceability system of labelled goods in the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring the functioning of the labeling and traceability system of labelled goods, provision of labeling codes upon request of other national operators (administrators) of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The selection of the national operator is carried out by an interdepartmental commission, whose composition is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The announcement of selection must contain the following information: (a) place of filing applications (name, location, postal address, e-mail address and contact phone of the Secretary of the Commission); (b) deadlines for submitting applications; and (c) the procedure for the selection in accordance with this Regulation. Each selection participant can submit only one application. The application for participation in the selection must contain the following information and documentation: (a) completed application form in accordance with Annex 1; and (b) documents confirming the participant's compliance with the requirements, set for selection participants, in accordance with Annex 2.
