Governmental Decree No. 255 validating the "Strategy for complex monitoring and forecast of dangerous natural processes with the consideration of application of geoinformation technologies and distant zoning for the period of 2015-2017".

Governmental Decree validates the the "Strategy for complex monitoring and forecast of dangerous natural processes with the consideration of application of geoinformation technologies and distant zoning for the period of 2015-2017". The scope of the Strategy shall be to ensure protection of the population and the territory against natural calamities and disasters. It shall include the mechanism of data collection and processing that subsequently shall be inserted in the National state system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES). Priority guidelines of the Strategy shall include: (a) organization of monitoring network; (b) organization of information and communication network; and (c) formation of database.
