Abstract
Center for public private partnership subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyz Republic is a subordinate subsection of the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyz Republic, exercising managerial responsibility for promoting the mechanisms of public-private partnership in Kyrgyz Republic. Center for public private partnership operates in cooperation with ministries, state committees, administrative departments, local government administrative authorities, local self-government bodies, local authorities, business communities, foreign investors, international organizations, as well as other legal entities and natural persons. The scope of Center for public private partnership shall be to promote public-private partnership projects of state and municipal infrastructure through attraction of private investments (private equity) and managerial experience of private sector using PPP mechanisms.
