Governmental Decree No. 367 "On organization and performance of the arrangements for restructuring of forestry sector.

This Governmental Decree sets forth guidelines for restructuring of forestry sector and it shall be applicable to experimental (pilot) forest management districts. The scope shall be to elaborate approaches and directions for gradual forestry sector with the consideration of practical experience of experimental (pilot) forest management districts with a view of ensuring long-term sustainable functioning of forestry sector. Basic principle for introduction in the forestry sector shall be "green economy".
