Governmental Decree No. 382 validating the Regulation on State Agency on Land Resources subordinated to the Government of Kyrgyz Republic.

This Governmental Decree validates the Regulation on State Agency on Land Resources subordinated to the Government of Kyrgyz Republic, the Regulation on Cadastre incorporated into the Agency, and the Regulation Cartoghraphic and Geodetic Service incorporated into the Agency. State Agency on Land Resources shall be an authorized state institution performing the functions for implementation of the state policy in the field of land resources and legal relations in the field of land tenure, state registration of rights to immovable property, geodesy and cartography, including ensuring uniformity in the application and enforcement of land legislation, formation of a complete geoinformation system on land resources, execution of topographic, geodetic, cartographic and land surveying operations, registration of rights to immovable property. The Agency shall also promote land market and immovable property market. The Agency shall perform the following tasks: (a) maintenance of functioning of uniform state system on land management and registration of the rights to immovable property, land cadastre, topography, geodesy and cartography; (b) ensuring state protection of the registered rights to immovable property; (c) participation in creation and development of an infrastructure of the spatial data of the Kyrgyz Republic; (d) provision of all interested persons with the information and data on immovable property and the rights to it; and (e) performance of state geodetic supervision over real estate.
