Governmental Decree No. 398 validating the criteria of selection of water supply and sewerage systems for public financing of construction and rehabilitation thereof.

This Governmental Decree sets forth the following criteria for selection of water supply and sewerage systems for public financing of construction and rehabilitation thereof: (a) availability of general land-use planning urban scheme; (b) geographic location; (c) number of the population; (d) correlation of infectious diseases transferred by water per year calculated per one thousand persons; (e) confirmation of local community for co-financing of works; (f) availability of design estimate documentation; and (g) technical state of water supply facilities.
