Governmental Decree No. 398 validating the Regulation on Coordination council for the promotion of organic agriculture subordinated to the Government of Kyrgyz Republic.

This Governmental Decree sets up Coordination council for the promotion of organic agriculture subordinated to the Government of Kyrgyz Republic as permanent consultative and advisory body with a view of taking effective measures aimed at creating favourable conditions for the development of organic agriculture through the development of proposals for the improvement of regulatory legal acts. The main tasks of the Coordination Council shall be as follows: (a) to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the regulatory framework in the field of organic agricultural production; and (b) to prepare proposals for the provision of state support aimed at stimulating domestic producers of organic products by providing the opportunity to participate in integration processes and access to new international markets for organic products.
