Governmental Decree No. 401 validating the Regulation on issuance of hunting permits.

This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of issuance, renewal, cancellation and registration of hunting permits and sets forth application of fees for issuance of hunting permits. Issuance of hunting permits shall be subject to prior passing of hunting test. Persons that have passed hunting test shall be attributed status of hunter and shall be subject to registration at the territorial body of the authorized state hunting institution.
