Governmental Decree No. 43 validating the Regulation on hazardousness degree classification of hazardous substances (compositions), requirements for prior informed consent, labelling of hazardous substances and hazardous substance safety certificate.

This Governmental Decree validates the system of hazardousness degree classification of hazardous substances (compositions), requirements for prior informed consent (PIC), labelling of hazardous substances and hazardous substance safety certificate. It shall not be applicable to hazardous waste if it is not subject to recycling and if it is not delivered to internal market. Hazardousness degree classification of hazardous substances shall be performed by the producer, exporter and importer of chemicals. Attributed class (subclass, type) of hazardousness shall be indicated in hazardous substance safety certificate.
