Governmental Decree No. 46 validating the Regulation on the procedure for organizing the activities of pre-school farms.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for organizing the activities of pre-school farms, created as non-profit entities and aimed at improving quality and variety of the diet of students in general education organizations, as well as to ensure the sustainable development of their activities. The principal of an educational organization has the right to create a pre-school farm if there is a plot of land on the territory of the general education. In case of a decision to create a pre-school farm, the principal of an educational organization a decree on the creation of a pre-school farm, and not later than 10 working days (in written form) informs the executive body of local government and the territorial body of the authorized state educational administration. In case of unavailability of a land plot the principal of a general education organization for creation of a pre-school farm applies to the executive body of the local government for allotment of a land plot. After the allotment of the land plot by the executive body of the local government and the issuance of entitling document, the principal of the general education organization takes measures to create a pre-school farm on the allotted land plot. To manage the activities of the pre-school farm by order of the principal of the general education organization establishes a steering committee for a period of 4 years. The steering committee is headed by the director of the educational organization. Economic activities of the school farm shall be subject to mandatory documentation in the forms established by the authorized state body in the field of education.
