Governmental Decree No. 612 validating the Provisional Regulation on issuance of felling licenses for particularly precious timber species (walnut and juniper).

This Governmental Decree sets forth the modalities of issuance of felling licenses for particularly precious timber species (walnut and juniper) in exceptional cases (construction and explosive works, cable routing, pipelaying, geological exploration and mining) in case if impossibility of conservation thereof and with payment of compensation. Felling of the aforesaid species shall be performed in accordance with license issued by the authorized state instituion in the sphere of environmental protection, environmental security and nature management.
