Governmental Decree No. 614 validating the Regulation on the procedure for listing food processing facilities that are not subject to state registration.

This Governmental Decree establishes that Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of the Ministry of Health shall be the authorized state body entitled with the task of listing in the form of electronic database of food processing facilities that are not subject to state registration. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs before the beginning of their activities shall submit an application directly to the authorized body in two copies, in the state or official language, in the form according to Annex 1 to this Procedure. The applicant shall submit the application directly to the authorized body or send its scanned version by e-mail via the Internet.
