Governmental Decree No. 690 On implementation of a pilot (experimental) project on marking certain types of goods with digital identification means.

This Governmental Decree validates Provisional Regulation on voluntary marking (labelling) certain types of goods with digital identification means and the List of manufactured or imported goods on sale in Kyrgyz Republic subject voluntary marking (labelling) with digital identification means. The scope of Provisional Regulation shall be testing of systems and mechanisms of marking (labelling) with digital identification means and preparation of the producers and importers for the introduction of mandatory product labelling. Goods subject to voluntary marking (labelling) with digital identification means include liquors and soft drinks (beverages).
