Governmental Decree No. 812 “On the payment of state subsidies to business entities that have been granted the status of a stud farm and breeding farm by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Governmental Decree is aimed at the further preservation and development of genetic resources, improvement of the pedigree and pedigree qualities of farm animals. The following basic definitions are used in this Regulation: (a) pedigree card - the registration form of a breeding animal; (b) breeding stock - livestock of female species of sexually mature animals used to obtain offspring; and (c) breeding certificate - a document certifying the breeding value of certain species of animal. The list of documentation for obtaining state subsidies: (a) application (Annex 1); (b) opinion of the district administration of agrarian development related to availability of breeding animals (Annex 2); (c) veterinary certificate of the welfare of the farm as regards infectious and acute infectious diseases in the area; (d) data related to trade of pedigree stock for the previous three years (Annex 3); (e) copy of the statute of business entity; (f) copy of state registration (if the applicant is individual entrepreneur); (g) pedigree cards with pedigree and identification and marking data of livestock; and (h) pedigree certificate, copy of pedigree card of the animals and pedigree cards of the parents (mother and father) of the animal.
