Governmental Decree No. 91 validating the Strategy for good management of chemicals for the period of 2015-2017.

This Governmental Decree validates the Strategy for good management of chemicals for the period of 2015-2017 with a view of ensuring safe circulation of chemicals as one of priority directions towards sustainable development and protection of public health. The scope of this Governmental Decree shall be to guarantee sustainable circulation of chemicals for minimization of environmental impact thereof with a view of protection of public health, in particular of the most vulnerable groups of the population, ensuring environmental security, and formation of unified database on chemicals.
