Governmental Resolution “On approval of the Regulations on the procedures for use of penalty and economic sanctions for violation of antimonopoly law, pricing discipline and protection of consumers’ rights, and on procedure for the formation and use of the prices and tariffs at commodities markets of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The following shall be considered violations of the consumers’ rights entailing penalties and economic sanctions: (a)manufacturing and trade of products harmful to human life and health; (b) refusal to provide the guarantee terms of storage; (c) trade of products non-complying with safety requirements; and (d) failure to provide the customers with necessary and true information about the products.
