Governmental Resolution No. 269 on approval of normatives and procedures of fees collection for the use of natural resources in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Prime Minister, in order to introduce economic mechanism of the use of natural resources, decrees to validate: (a) normatives for calculation of fees for the use wild fauna resources (Annex 1); (b) rates of fees for the use of wild flora resources (Annex 2); (c) rates of fees for timber extraction (Annex 3); (d) normatives for assessment of forest areas (Annex 4); and (e) procedures for collection of fees for the use of flora and fauna resources, including forests (Annex 5). Annex 1 contains norms of calculation of fees for the use of natural resources and calculation formula.
