Instruction on inspection of economic entities carrying out manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors.

This Instruction shall be used as guidelines by the authorized state institution in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors in the process of supervision and control over economic entities carrying out manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors with a view of ensuring of enforcement of national legislation in this sphere. Objects of inspection shall be natural and legal persons. Grounds for inspection shall be violation of technological manufacturing processes that can cause damages to human life, health and environment. Inspection shall include evaluation of processing sites, storage facilities and technological processes. Inspector shall have the right to apply legal and administrative sanctions to the infringers of national legislation in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors.
