Law on Introducing Amendments and Supplements in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Veterinary.

Article 1 containing definitions is amended. A new Article 2-1 on the development of veterinary-sanitary measures is added. The new provisions contain various basic principles of veterinary measures, such as non-discrimination between imported and domestic goods, information on control measures, etc. In article 10 a new paragraph on recourse against activities of the officials of the State Veterinary Service.
