Abstract
Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: "The Govedrnment shall exercise the following plenary powers in the sphere of fuel and energy complex: formation odf common energy resources market in accordance with the principles set forth by the agreements within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and assistance for intercountry transfer of electric energy in cases envisaged by by the agreements within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)".
