Law No. 110 "On explosives for industrial use".

This Law sets forth legal grounds for regulation of turnover of explosives on the national territory with a view of utilization of explosive energy for peaceful purposes. It shall not be applicable to military explosives. This Law covers manufacturing, testing, transport, storage, labelling, packaging, registration uses, trade and disposal of explosives for industrial use. All the aforesaid activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing and shall be performed exclusively by legal persons. Turnover of explosives for industrial use shall be subject to compliance assessment performed in the form of certification and state supervision.
