Law No. 111 “On non-commercial organizations”.

This Law regulates public relations originating from setting up, functioning, re-organization and liquidation of non-commercial organizations, including foreign ones. It shall be applicable non-commercial organizations set up in the form of social associations, funds and entities. It shall not be applicable to political parties, religious organizations, trade unions and cooperatives. The Act consists of 5 Sections divided into 40 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) social associations; (3) funds; (4) entities; and (5) conclusive provisions.
