Law No. 120 amending Forest Code.

Article 58 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Felling of precious forest species shall be regulated by the instructions elaborated by the Government and adopted by the Parliament.” Chapter 10 shall be supplemented with Article 58-1 of the following wording: “Precious tree species shall be protected by the state. Liability for illegal felling without official authorization shall be established by the national legislation.”
