Abstract
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Seed growing farm shall be considered economic entity, irrespectively of the type of ownership, growing and (or) trading seed and planting material of one or more agricultural crops, complying with criteria set for seed growing farm by provision on seed growing validated by the Government”.
