Abstract
The Act establishes the prohibition of felling, transportation, purchase and trade, procurement and use, import and export of precious (walnut and junipers) forest species, including sanitary felling, except for land clearing without timber extraction, for the period of five years. Illegally extracted timber and produce thereof shall be subject to confiscation. The infringers of this Law shall be liable in accordance with the national legislation.
