Abstract
Article 3-1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Use of pastures shall be performed in accordance with pasture management plan. Use of pastures for grazing shall be performed in accordance with grazing authorization. Use of pastures for purposes different from grazing shall be regulated by contracts”.
