Law No. 34 “On tourism”.

This Law establishes legal, economic, social and organizational grounds for tourism and has as its scope ensuring citizens’ rights to recreational and entrepreneurial activity in the aforesaid sphere. Tourist activity shall be regulated by contracts. Tourists shall have the right of access to information related to state of environment, protected areas and objects of historical and cultural heritage. Tour operators shall ensure protection and conservation of natural environment and objects of historical and cultural heritage, and, in case of damage thereof, shall be liable to payment of compensation.
