Abstract
Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “carrying out unified state policy in the sphere of conservation and protection of wild flora, establishment of quotas for use of natural wild flora resources, validation of the Regulation on Red Book of rare, endangered and protected wild fauna and wild flora species, and validation of the list of species subject to insertion therein”.
