Law No. 5 amending Law No. 51 on protection of atmospheric air.

Article 40-1 shall be amended to add tghe following wording: "State registration and control over circulation of ozone depleting substances and substitutes thereof shall be performed for the purpose of establishment of allowable amount of manufacturing and consumption of ozone depleting substances on the national territory, and also for the purpose of protection and prevention of destruction of ozone layer, reproduction thereof, and protection of public health and environment against dangerous consequences caused by destruction of ozone layer".
