The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) planning and promotion of tourism; (b) marketing and advertising; (c) cooperation between private sectors in the sphere of tourism; and (d) investments in tourism industry.

Entry into force notes
This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective from the date of receipt of the last written notice on accomplishment by the Parties of the internal procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
This Memorandum shall be valid for five years, shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other in which case the Agreement shall be terminated within six months since receipt of the notice.
