Ministerial Decree No. 112 validating the Regulation on use of public television and radio as early warning system for information of the population on disasters.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of utilization of public television and radio as early warning system for information of the population on natural and technological disasters and emergency situations. The aforesaid means of communication shall offer to the population information on the rules of conducts and necessary actions, measures and arrangements required for conservation of human life, health and environment. This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of transmission of such communications.
