Ministerial Decree No. 131 validating the Regulation on State Service on Intellectual Property and Innovations.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Service on Intellectual Property and Innovations shall be authorized state executive body carrying out common state policy in the sphere of intellectual property and promotion of innovations. State Service on Intellectual Property and Innovations shall carry out the following tasks: (a) release and legal protection of intellectual property and traditional knowledge; (b) commercialization of the objects of intellectual property; (c) development of the national system of patents and related technical information; and (d) promotion of innovations.
