Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that State inspection on ecological and technical security shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of ecological and technical security. The scope of State inspection shall be performance of state supervision and control over and enforcement of compliance with norms and provisions for safety of human life and health, wild fauna and flora, environment, and prevention of negative environmental impact. It also shall be responsible for seismic, ecological, industrial, energetic, biological, chemical and radiation safety of produce and production processes.
