Ministerial Decree No. 147 validation of the Regulation on crediting of the producers of agricultural commodities.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of distribution, registration and supervision over the use of commodity credits under the form of seeds, grain of alimentary grains and cereals, plant protection means and other material resources allocated by the state as a form of commodity support or subsidy or financial subsidies and incentives for support of rural producers of agricultural commodities. Allocation and distribution of subsidies and incentives shall be performed by special Governmental Commission.
